The user is responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from the handling of the products themselves other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Only after returning the product and checking the status of the returned goods, Fias Store will proceed, as quickly as possible (and in any case within 14 days), to refund the user.
