JURISDICTION

 

This contract will be governed by Italian law and for any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of the same contract, the Customer accepts the jurisdiction of the Italian state and, in any case, the application of the Italian law in force at the time of the dispute, regardless of one's domicile or headquarters, at the court of the Civil Court of S. Maria Capua Vetere (CE) - Italy.

Information regarding online dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 Para. 1 of the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution Regulation):

The European Commission gives consumers the opportunity to resolve online disputes pursuant to Art. 14 Para. 1 of the ODR on one of their platforms. The platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) serves as a site where consumers can try to reach out-of-court settlements of disputes arising from online purchases and contracts for services.
