Shipping and returns
Fias Store srl will deliver the products to the GLS carrier within 24/48 working hours (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays excluded) from the payment of the total amount due, consisting of the purchase price of the product (s) and shipping costs if expected. The purchased goods will be delivered to the destination address specified by the customer in the purchase or present on the PayPal account (valid only for those who buy with PayPal). The customer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment, containing the confirmed data and any tracking number to monitor the product directly from the GLS site.
Any kind of delay relating to the delivery of the purchased goods is exclusively attributable to the shipper. We remind our very kind customers that the shipping service by express courier does not involve the obligation on the part of Fias Store srl to deliver the order within 48/72 working hours (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays excluded) starting from the day of arrival of the payment confirmation e-mail. Shipping in 48h is guaranteed on single-article orders and related to active promotions. Orders with a large number of items require more preparation and packaging time, therefore they may be subject to shipping delays. Any delays do not lead to the cancellation of the order. Once the order has been placed, the delivery cannot be rejected. Any stock and returns will be charged exclusively to the customer (who will remain legally required to pay for the purchased item).
CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is not possible to change shipping addresses with orders paid with PayPal. For other payment methods, you can request a change of address within 1 hour of order confirmation. To request the change of address it is necessary to send an email to email@example.com inserting the order number and the new address. If the email is sent after the hour, the address change cannot be made. In this case, we recommend that you refuse the package in order to return it to the sender for a refund. The customer must communicate to the email firstname.lastname@example.org that he has refused the package due to change of address. The customer is free to place a new order with the correct address.
The customer is advised to always sign the courier's waybill "subject to control" even when the packaging delivered by the courier appears to be intact. If you refuse the package because it is broken on sight, if it is possible to write on the courier receipt by inserting (even if the courier does not recommend) the motivation "Neck broken on sight". Within three days of non-acceptance of the package you must send an email to email@example.com, informing us that you have refused the package indicating the relative reason. Failure to indicate the reason could give rise to disputes and delays. It is mandatory to open the items no later than 3 days after delivery of the order (natural and consecutive), to verify that the order is complete and that the products are intact. The couriers make deliveries to the door and not to the floor. For this accessory service you can contact and agree directly with the courier who has been entrusted with the shipment.
