GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The following General Conditions of Sale are valid for orders of products on the website www.fiasstore.com in the version published at the time of the order. These General Conditions of Sale form an integral part of the contract stipulated between Fias Store Srl and the customer. The provisions diverging from the General Conditions of Sale are legally binding only if accepted expressly and in writing by Fias Store.
Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
By placing an order according to the various methods provided on the Site, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale and payment transcribed below. These general conditions of sale, together with the conditions regarding the methods of delivery and payment of the goods, form an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the Customer and Fias Store. Therefore Fias Store invites you to carefully read these general conditions of sale, to print them or in any case to keep a copy.
1) REQUIREMENTS
To purchase on fiasstore.com you need to register on the Site, creating an account, approving the General Conditions. Registration on the Site is free. To register, the user must complete the registration form, entering personal data, e-mail address and a password (hereinafter the "Registration Credentials"). Registration will be confirmed by email sent by Fias Store to the address provided by the user.
Registration Credentials must be used exclusively by the user and cannot be transferred to third parties. The user must notify Fias Store without delay in the event of suspected misuse of the same. The Registration Credentials can be changed by the user at any time by logging into their account.

2) ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
PayPal
It is the safest and fastest online payment system, which provides for the opening of an account at www.paypal.com Concluding a purchase with this type of payment, a page of the PayPal site will be displayed where you can enter 'e-mail address personal and password of your PayPal account, or access the procedure for creating a new one. Wire transfer
The customer can make the payment directly to the bank, or directly on the fiasstore.com website if he has the authorization of his bank for online payments. Our bank details will be provided during the purchase process, by choosing the "payment by bank transfer" option in the Payment section. The shipment of the goods will take place after receipt of the credit, therefore to speed up the shipping operations we advise the customer to send the receipt of payment to the following e-mail address: info@fiasstore.com
3) BILLING
To issue the invoice, it is necessary to indicate during the registration process the type of customer, Freelance Professional or Company and fill in the VAT number fields. and Tax Code.
4) SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipment
Fias Store srl will deliver the products to the GLS carrier within 24/48 working hours (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays excluded) from the payment of the total amount due, consisting of the purchase price of the product (s) and shipping costs if expected. The purchased goods will be delivered to the destination address specified by the customer in the purchase or present on the PayPal account (valid only for those who buy with PayPal). The customer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment, containing the confirmed data and any tracking number to monitor the product directly from the GLS site.
Any kind of delay relating to the delivery of the purchased goods is exclusively attributable to the shipper. We remind our very kind customers that the shipping service by express courier does not involve the obligation on the part of Fias Store srl to deliver the order within 48/72 working hours (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays excluded) starting from the day of arrival of the payment confirmation e-mail. Shipping in 48h is guaranteed on single-article orders and related to active promotions. Orders with a large number of items require more preparation and packaging time, therefore they may be subject to shipping delays. For shipments to the following regions: Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia, an extra day must be calculated for delivery. Any delays do not lead to the cancellation of the order. Once the order has been placed, the delivery cannot be rejected. Any stock and returns will be charged exclusively to the customer (who will remain legally required to pay for the purchased item).
CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is not possible to change shipping addresses with orders paid with PayPal. For other payment methods, you can request a change of address within 1 hour of order confirmation. To request the change of address it is necessary to send an email to info@fiasstore.com inserting the order number and the new address. If the email is sent after the hour, the address change cannot be made. In this case, we recommend that you refuse the package in order to return it to the sender for a refund. The customer must communicate to the email info@fiasstore.com that he has refused the package due to change of address. The customer is free to place a new order with the correct address.
5) AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Warehouse stocks are not synchronized in real time, therefore, it is possible that some products on the site are not currently available in stock.
In the event of unavailability, even temporarily, of the requested goods in the warehouse, Fias Store:
• within 48 working hours (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excluded) from the day of arrival of the e-mail confirming the payment will inform the customer via e-mail;
• as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty days from the day following the arrival of the confirmation e-mail, will refund the customer any sums paid for the payment of the supply, unless the customer communicates in writing to Fias Store to want to wait for the purchased product.
• At the written request of the customer, it will replace the goods with another one chosen by the buyer

6) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - ART. 64 of Legislative Decree. N. 206 OF 09/06/2005
As required by Legislative Decree n. 206 of 06/09/2005, the Customer (a natural person who, in the stipulation of the contract, acted for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial or professional activity carried out) is granted the right to withdraw from the contract.
If not satisfied with the purchase, for any reason, the customer can return the product (s) (excluding those damaged) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
Right of withdrawal within 14 days

REIMBURSEMENT

9) PURCHASE OBLIGATIONS
The Customer undertakes, once the planned purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general conditions, which, moreover, he will have already viewed and accepted as an obligatory step in the online order shipping phase. This in order to fully satisfy the condition of art. 53 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005. Maria Capua Vetere (CE).
